[Current Mood | giddy]

Oh, I'm walking on sunshine ... WAAAAAAAOHHHH! And don't it feel good?!

I have been in the BEST mood lately. I'm not entirely sure what's triggered it, just a general feeling of fabulousness. Not even that stupid AST trial could make me cranky today (though it certainly tried). Sometimes I just get into this absolutely amazing groove of joy, and it hasn't gone away yet. I'm so pleased! I wish everyone could feel this way!

Year 12 is absolutley awesome. I am enjoying it so incredibly much. Teachers seem to be much friendlier when we're older, perhaps because we're the seniors now and we generally know (or pretend to, at any rate) what's going on. I particularly like my Australian Identity teacher, Gillian, who surprisingly has been my teacher for the last year.

I'm still fighting with the music teachers to be allowed to do the Contemporary Music class offline. They're being really slow about deciding. They'd better hurry up, or I'll have a heap of catching up to do. Hmmm. Hope to have the decision tomorrow. Unfortunately, it looks like they're leaning towards a 'no'. *sigh*

I'm baking anzac biscuits at the moment. Its been aaaaaaages since i did that. Cooking confectionary of any kind, really. I should probably have rested my feet first, though, cos right now they're screaming in pain from being neglected for so long. I've been riding to and from school a lot lately, and walking around everywhere else. The weather is just so beautiful! All sunny and warm (occasionally too warm, but being a tropics girl, i'll forgive it) and blue skies. Apparantly it was supposed to rain today, but I see no evidence of that.

Now i'm going to go off and walk on some more sunshine.

[Current Music |Hunter - Dido]

I'm so sunburnt. I was taking the nail polish off my toes while sitting in the warm afternoon sun last friday. I was wearing a boob tube and drying my hair. I was only out there for about ten to fifteen minutes, but my back is completely burnt. Its this lovely huge square of bright red. I'm getting quite scared, it's really sore and stinging yet aching and Andy said that it is kinda purply red and looks like its bruising. I can't see very well over my shoulder, so I'm not sure if he's right. I'm a bit worried. I hope it goes away soon.

I worked again today. I ignored the counter most of it. It was quite busy, but there were enough of us on to warrant me tidying some shelves. And oh boy did they need tidying. I did crime, true crime (alphabetized and everything! hurrah!), romance, fiction, literature, childrens (duh), travel (well, three quarters. til I got tired of being reminded how bad my geography is), and sci fi. I felt very productive. Mind you, people were buying books left right and centre, so it wasn't like they stayed tidy for long. But it was nice while it lasted.

I had the last lunch as per usual. Only today it was later than usual because people kept forgetting to go. I had the 2:45 - 3:15. That was very uncool. I started at 10. I was hungry. It wasn't all bad though. Except that the person who made my salad at LOVESALAD bloody left the turkey out. I paid an extra $1.50 to have turkey, and they didn't even put it in! Jerks. I was too tired to go complain though. I'm sooooooo tired. I could hardly keep my eyes open a lot of today. And I kept yawning. I got a cramp in my cheek from yawning so much.

Now Im boooooooooooooored.

[Current Music |Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth - Meatloaf]

It was a frustrating day today. I had a band concert this afternoon. It was relatively cool when I left the house, so I was wearing jeans, a black tshirt, sneakers and a hat. I even took a warm jacket just incase it got cold. However, the weather decided to make my mood even better, and became about 200 degrees in the sunlight by the tme the Senior Concert Band was playing. IT WAS HOT. We had been positioned right in the middle of the plain, so naturally, there were lots of flies to make our lives that much more enjoyable as well. It is going to be so flattering if anyone got photos of that performance because during the whole thing, I was pulling the most horrid faces and glaring as viciously as I could at the flies. Not to mention squinting most unattractively because the sunlight on white paper was relatively blinding.

The performance went on for an hour. A whole hour in the blazing hot sun with many a fly. What fun it was. Hurrah for that. We played lots of fun pieces, though. I got to do both my solos. And aside from that, watching the other bands beforehand was pretty good too. As soon as the performance was over, though, I dived for the shade. It was horrible. Remind me never to wear black on a day like that again. I forgot to put sunblock on my arms too, so now they're a beautiful shade of pink and are stinging quite a lot. So I went home almost straight away.

Now I am at home. I paid off my CIT bill. That gave me a fright. I kind of forgot about it and then realised it was actually due tomorrow, so I had to do something quick smart. Luckily, mum gave me her credit card, so I did it over the phone. Hurrah. Mission accomplished.

Now I am reading all my creative writing from first semester. I wrote a lot (owing to the fact that we had to write 100 words a day or else were likely to fail the course) and not all of it was crap. Hurray! So now I'm editing the not-so-crap stuff and it's making me feel slightly sad. I had a pretty huge year. I wonder what next year is going to be like. I hope that it is fun, but not quite as emotionally draining as this one was. I think if I cut men out of my life, I'll be fine. Well, boys actually, because I wouldn't really classify the species of Year 11 or Year 12 males 'men'. Their maturity hasn't reached that vital point yet. But anyway, who knows? Let's see what happens.

Emily made me promise to make a hilarious post this week. I don't know about the hilarity factor in hindsight, but at the time, Sunday was much fun. For example - did you know that if you're served pizza on a plate instead of inside a box, and you don't hoover it in the manner of Jeff with his girlfriend's jewellery (Coupling Jeff, not work Jeff. I don't follow his personal life), it will turn from hot to cold? I thought that rather inconsiderate of the people at that pizza place to not inform us of that. Fortunately, we figured out a plan to counteract this effect! Our chips were too hot to eat, so we put them on the pizza. Not only did the chips cool down, but the pizza warmed up! Insulation by chips. I was very proud. Then there was Emily's incredible attractive photograph taken with her mobile while she was eating. What a photogenic person she is.

We had to pull apart half the shop and rearrange everything to make the ABC centre fit. It was interesting ... the bosses bought us pizza. Two huge pizza meals in one day makes for extremely hyperactive Emily and Serena. I found it rather entertaining. We couldn't stop laughing. The others obviously wondered about our maturity levels matched with our respective ages, but I'm sure if they'd experienced the same entertainment through the day, they would have found stupid things amusing as well.

Now I have a really bad headache, so I'm going to cut this short. Goodnight!

[Current Music |I like to move it - Madagascar]

Hello! It's been so long since I updated. I'm going to see if anyone comments! :P Emily's fantastic Livejournaling skills have inspired me to update my own LJ (straight from the mouth of the genius herself!)

Tonight, I am home alone with Emily. We have consumed vast amounts of junk food, watched Mulan and Madagascar, and learned the dances performed by various rather drunk looking animals over the credits. It was very amusing. "I like to move it, move it. I like to move it, move it. I like to move it, move it. Ya like to - MOVE IT!"  Heh heh heh. That's my fun for tonight.

Thankfully, I don't feel very fat. I have eaten more junk food tonight than most others, but for some reason, (I believe it must have been the laughter and dancing), I feel as though the calories are non-existant. Hurray for me! Perhaps since I was eating them in the dark ... I honestly believe sometimes that if you don't think about the calories, they really don't exist. It's the same with eating from other people's plates. It just doesn't count.

Emily is lying on my couch, making random noises. Immitating a cat at times, and other times rating computer games in my brother's collection. She's so random. What a cutie. *hugz Emily*

Now I shall sail off to bed. I must be up early to work. Yay. I have worked an awful lot these hols. I love my job, and I do enjoy it, but it can make me very tired. Not to mention the piles of schoolwork that I have dumped on my 'LATER' table, and ignored for about a week now. This is doing nothing for me. Gah. Whatever will I do??

I have the answer! We have another entire tub of triple chocolate fudge chocolate ice cream in the freezer. When in doubt, turn to junk food. Farewell my friends, for now!

[Current Music |Paradise - Icehouse]

College is college. It's school, and with the exception of having more freedom, more responsibility, fewer stupid rules and no crap subjects, it's very similar to high school. Like Ross said, our school is full of clones. Girls all wear tight, skimpy clothing and look like tasteless pop stars. And they all look the same. I can hardly tell the difference between most of them. And I'm astounded at how much effort they go to when they dress in the mornings. I tend to pull on whatever I touch first in the morning (with the exception of the first day of school which I put some effort into). It is amazing.

Classes are good, and people are a little more friendly which is good. But I guess that going to a huge college when you dont know that many people has to have some bad consequences. I'm sure I'll survive. I'm there to learn, not to socialise, anyway. I guess I should concentrate on the good things. I made some new friends - mainly the girls and some of the boys from Belconnen High, and some others that have been also isolated in classes. I'm not lonely all the time, so I should count that as a blessing. And when I am lonely, which I am a lot - quite surprising considering I have half the IQS boys and the Loggods, I'll just have to deal.

Argh now I remember why I don't come online much anymore. Everyone has a freaking drama on MSN. Anyone who doesn't have time to watch the soapies but wants drama to be a part of or even just to observe, come online. I now remember why I stopped coming online so much. Books are so much more interesting. I think I'll go lose myself in one in a minute. And yes, before anyone asks, my taste has progressed from tasteless novels to actual good literature and well written fiction.

I haven't updated in aaaaaaages and I'm sorry. It's been kinda like the last thing on my list.

I went to my formal! It was so cool. All the boys looked so hot, especially Hugh and James, in my opinion. But you all looked so spunky!!!! And the girls - damn we looked fine! I loved it. It was all fancy and special and the dresses were gorgeous except for a select few which I didn't like much ... some were a tad slutty. But yeah, most of them were gorgeous.

I graduated from high school. Woohoo! At last. College next year. Should be good. The actual Graduation night was sooooooo boring. I was an MC and I had to stand onstage and say stuff to introduce items and stuff. It was kinda fun - better than being in the audience i guess.

I've been working all this week. It has been busy busy busy and my feet hurt. >_< But I got paid loads so it's all okay. The customers were mostly in good moods, until the Commonwealth Bank decided to go SCREWY and cut out phone line for a while which meant that we could only do cash and manual credit transactions. People were un-pleased. It was not fun. But after that everyone was all cool and being cheerful. Was better.

Hugh took me to lunch yesterday at a really nice Italian resteraunt. Isnt that the sweetest?! We got this really nice Fettucini Medici and a spaghetti meal which were both divine. And we got garlic and herb foccacia. It was awesome. The waiters were really really really nice too which was a bonus.^_^ Needless to say, I am one very happy little chicken. We went for a walk to walk off some of the food after that, so we walked a little way around the lake. It was nice, but really hot. So we stopped and sat in the shade for a while. Then I went to work.

So it's Christmas tomorrow.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Blaire came over yesterday. We played Chicken Invaders, drank Milo and watched A Cinderella Story. Then we got ready for the social, or rather, I got ready for the social and Blaire put on some makeup over her school clothes. :P amazing how she can make even school clothes look damn sexy at a social. I wore just a pair of cream pants and some black high heels with my pretty pink ribbon halter top.

When we got there, we pretty much got straight into the dancing. Normally I'm really self conscious dancing in front of everyone, but for once I didn't care. People who were there: Ben Chaplin, Ben Curtis, Daniel, Mousie, Meaghan, Peri, Chelsea, Miriam, Lara, Aidan, Blaire, Carlene, Hugh, Mark, Ben Koval, David, Diani, Pat, Jacinta, Rebecca, Jess, Lauren, Tabitha.....basically pretty much everyone! And to the people who didnt go - unless you had a reasonable reason for not going, you really missed out.

The Loggods were immitating my dancing, so I was doing tacky 60's style moves and they were all doing them as well. It was hell funny. We must have looked really rather silly, but oh well. At least we had fun. Four of the Loggods lay down on the floor and pretended to be dead at one point, which was rather amusing. Someone even took a photo of it, and i think some teachers were rather disturbed.

Hugh even danced! He's so cute. And actually, I think I saw all the guys dancing at one point. Even Mark! Even Daniel! That's some scary stuff. They're not bad dancers either, they looked so much less silly when they were actually doing silly dance moves like Koval's 'mowing the lawn' than when they were standing there refusing to dance.

Everyone looked stunning, Peri looked gorgeous and I want her boots, Meaghan and Mousie and all the other girls were very prettyness, Tabby looked lovely as always, Lara and Aidan are gorgeous everyday so thats no surprise, and all the guys looked incredibly spunky as well! They played some good music for once - like Grease songs! And some techno, and even the Nutbush which nearly everyone knows. The Year 10 video is funny.

So yeah. Had a good night. How bout everyone else? Let me know! -----------------------------------------> post comment!

[Current Music |No Promises - Icehouse]

I went to the UN Conference thing yesterday. It was so much fun! We had no idea what was happening when we turned up, they handed us yellow envelopes with a country's name on the front. Erin was India, Daniel was France, Chelsea was Georgia, Mousie was Sudan, Peri was Mexico, Lauren was Luithiania or something and I was The United States Of America!!!! We read our country's fact files and then had all these guest speakers about refugees. They provided a delicious lunch and recess :) And then we got to the good stuff, where we had a mock General Assembly.

The first question was 'should Tasmania be allowed to be an independant country from Australia?' and i didnt say anything in that one cos i was still trying to figure out what to do, but it was really fun to watch other people get up and have a go. Then we had a go at being slightly more serious with 'suspected terrorists should be given the same rights as other human beings.' And of course, everyone was sending me notes via the runners because i was the USA. I got a few random people sending notes that didnt write their country on there, so I couldn't reply. But of course, Daniel was ever so sweet, writing, 'Get up and defend yourself you capitalist pig!!!!' The person who handed it to me laughed at me. It was nasty. But very funny.

Chelsea and I had fun passing notes about the terrorists. The runners were reading our notes and Chelsea for some reason wrote: 'Terrorists are bad and they will eat our children.' So i wrote back something about cannibalism and the person who was sending it read it and then showed it to a few other runners before handing it to Chelsea giving the two of us strange looks the whole time. It was very funny. Daniel had convinced me, sadly, and I sent a note to the secretary asking to be put up. (The secretary had also told me and the United Kingdom that we had to speak, so we were ready.) And then they didnt use us! It was so crap! There were people beneath us in the list being asked to speak! It sucked hardcore.

The next issue was something about the relevance of the United Nations. Me and the United Kingdom were just passing notes to each other by that time cos we were really ticked off about not being allowed to speak, when I get another message from the Secretary, saying that the United States had to speak. I politely decined. The messenger then said that i didnt have a choice, and that I had to speak. So then I got the messenger to explain the question to me and he gave me some points to say which i said very inarticulately. It was very embarrassing but quite fun. I think the President was secretly laughing at me. hehehe

Anyway, that was really about it. It was really really really fun and I wish I could do it all again. Then I went to work, and Daniel came to buy stuff from me. It was an okay night at work but nothing special.

Work today was fun, I had a party at Maccas and the kids were lovely and the parents were wonderful. And my dad came back from Thailand today and brings my formal dress! I'm really nervous about seeing it. I'm going to try it on tonight, and I'm not allowing myself to even look at it until then. It's very scary because im not sure if it's going to be up to scratch. *crosses fingers and prays that it is* And other than working tomorrow, I have nothing to look forward to. Sigh.

[Current Music |The Final Countdown]

Just got back from trip! Went to Maclean to visit relatives. Was much fun. Saw plenty of cousins, but not all. My cousin's half brother also came to stay which was fun cos he's really nice. But it just occurred to me while i was up there that I'm not at all related to him. I never realised that before. If my aunt gets married to her partner, apparantly we'll be cousins in law or step cousins or something. Not really sure which. Anyway. The neighbourhood kids came around as well - all Rhianna's little friends who were SO nice, and the boys from down the road: Jake (16) and Dillan (18) came too, but they were glued to computer and playstation and said nothing further than 'hello'. Was rather amusing.

Weather was beautiful - generally is in the country. Also went to Lismore for a while which was fun. We helped my Aunty Karen pack for London. She leaves in a few weeks. *sniffle* anyways, her house was very cool. She'd already sent her cat to my cousin Marisa so we didnt get to meet Julius. Very sad, apparantly he's a real cutie.

Alexander and I got given an XBox. It was so random. My aunt had two and said, 'Here kids. Merry Christmas.' Alexander was ecstatic and I was like, 'cool.....' I dont think i'll be using it terribly much! But its good cos that distracts Alexander from the computer. *grins evilly*

We drove all the way home last night. We left Ashby Heights at 12:30 in the afternoon, got to Taree at about 5:00 and stopped to see if my aunt was home so we could visit but she wasnt so we drove on. We only stopped once more, at the OAK factory where we had Hungry Jacks and Oak Thickshakes *dies* It was so yummy. But then we got to Sydney and dropped off something at our friend's place, then continued to Canberra. We didnt get here til 12:30am!!! Dove straight into bed without unpacking anything.

So now have realised that I only have one more week of holidays. How bummerish. And on top of that, I now have to research and find out where all the gatherings are becuase no one has emailed me!!!! *cries* Anyways. Going to the mall soon I think, mum wants to find the pattern to make my formal dress sometime soon.

Okay...havent written for a while. I've been really sick for a while, I have had the same virus four times in two and a half months. It got progressively worse every time too...was not pleasant. So I'm trying to sleep on Saturday night and I just cant. My muscles are stinging and aching and my skin is prickling and being horrid. It's too much to lie in one position so I try and get up to walk around but I have absolutely no energy so I have no other option but to lie there. So my night consisted of nightmares, hallucinations, waking up covered in sweat and crying...charming. Then mum put me on antibiotics and I felt better within twenty four hours. ^_^

I'm almost completely better! I just keep having coughing fits that last aaaaaaaages. I went to the doctor and he prescribed me more drugs because my immune system is screwed from being sick so much, and yeah! So Aidan and I have pretty much the same thing except thankfully for her she hasnt had it four times in a row lol! Looking forward to going back to school for the last two days of term. Then two week holidays! Woohoo! Missing all my friends dreadfully, especially Hugh. *hugz to everyone*

Nothing really has happened lately. Oh wait. Last week was really packed. I had the athletics carnival on Monday, which I naturally didn't turn up to. I went to the movies with Hugh which was lovely ^_^ he bought me a huge box of ferrero rocher for our one month anniversary and was such a darling the whole day *hugz and kisses to hugh* Then on Tuesday, I had that French thing at the Alliance Francais which was such a pile of crap I wont even go into it. Then on Thursday I had my Hawker Interview which was also a bit wierd but wont go into that either.

Then Thursday, Friday and Saturday I had the MuST recording workshop which is when I started getting really sick. And that really sucked because the Vocal Ensemble was doing two songs and my nose was all stuffed up and crappy. But apparantly it didnt sound that bad. Hmm. Anywayz on Thursday we were being taught how to do everything with the machinery, and the lecture was informative but not very interesting. I was sitting next to Raff and he did not shut up the whole time. It was most entertaining.

So yeah, basically have been sick in bed from then on. Taking vitamins, painkillers, antibiotics and immune system booster tablets. Doing well!

Okay it's been a while since I've updated. So lets give it a go shall we? Lately, I've been working really hard on ToM. I spent Friday at a music exam (which went okay i think) and then went to Daniel's house to work on ToM. I have finally seen Daniel eat something other than chocolate or Coke! It is an incredibly thing - I was making lunch for all of us and I actually saw him eat three sandwiches! It was amazing. It is true, people - Daniel does eat. Astonishing fact.

Anyway, the Tournament was today, and aside from us forgetting to use half our props and backdrops, we got Honours (which basically means we came second). Go us! So we got nice shiny badges and pretty certificates. Yayness! My costume was so much fun too, I got to paint my face and neck jet black and wear a black cloak which apparantly made me look like Death or the Grim Reaper or soemthing, I can't remember what whoever told me that said - I think it was Chelsea, but I'm not sure. Anywayz, it looked kinda funki, but then got really uncomfortable and sorta horrified me when i realised it was rather difficult to remove and had to wander around with it on for a fair while!

And on the way home, Mousie and I were in really good moods and were pulling faces. My evil smirk is rather hilarious lol. I look so stupid. And we were practicing the alien wide eye thing, and it looked so funny when Mousie did it. Good times. We're not immature - promise!

Anyways I worked my first paid shift at Dymocks on Friday! Dude it was so much fun. I love my job! I was being 'trained' by Penny and Matt, who were so nice. Penny was trying to teach me how to tie snakes into knots using only your tongue (jeez thats hard) and I relearnt everything I'd forgotten and more stuff too. It was great! I can't believe I get paid to do something so fun!

And then yesterday I worked two shifts at Maccas, and I loved it. It was my first time going solo for the parties, and I did well! I'm so proud. It's also so much fun! I love my two jobs so much!!!!!!

So there's the Athletics Carnival tomorrow. What's everyone else doing? I'm not going, I kinda wanted to, but then I realised it was going to be cold and boring so I decided not to go after all. Is anyone else not going?

Argh! Nooooooooooooooooo! I'm losing my voice! Damn it to hell - I have the flu. And I am stuck going to school becuase there is so much assessment on lately, and besides, if I didnt go, I'd miss my Blaire and Aidan and Lara and all the guys, especially Hugh.

Anyway...went to Daniel's house after school with Mousie and Meaghan (and Daniel of course) and we sat around pretending to do ToM but really we were reading Dolly. Mousie found the section entitled: 'Freaky Facts about Guys.' She decided to read them aloud. We all had much to comment about it. It was rather amusing. Especially the point that read, 'Yes, they've all got football on the brain.' Poor Daniel is sitting there fuming. It was hilarious.

Yesterday I went to a chess competition (to basically skip a double maths and science) and the scary thing is, I won five out of the seven games I played. And I actually had fun. How nerdy can I be. And these are uber smart chess nerdy people, 85% of which are Asian. And most of the time if you're versing an Asian, they'll beat you. I know this from experience. They are way too smart and practise way too much for their own good. But five out of seven. Go Rena!

And Conrad was there. That was really random. He was the last person I'd ever expect to see at a chess tournament. I dont really know why...I guess I never pictured him as a chess nerd. Unlike me. :P I am your definitive nerd. :)

~Doesn't that sound familiar? Doesn't that hit so close to home?~

[Current Mood | blank]

Eeeeek......woke up yesterday morning with a really stiff neck and back. I thought it would go away, so I went to school. But halfway through fourth period maths, it started getting really bad and I couldn't concentrate on anything. So at the start of lunch I went to sick bay and lay down til the end of school, by which time I was also getting wierd prickly skin that was hurting like mad and my legs were all wobbly and my back was causing me so much pain.

Then I went to music and finally went home where mum made me have a half hour hot shower and then she gave me a backrub, a lemon and honey tea to soothe my sore throat and panadol for the pain of my back, neck and head. Then I slept. Aaaaaaaaall night. Was great. Was still feeling crappy this morning, so stayed home. Actually decided yesterday wasn't coming to school, but not the point.

Am feeling much better now though. Spent all day sleeping and watching T.V. Mum stayed home too (any excuse to get off work) and we bummed togehter for a bit which was fun. Am going to chess competition tomorrow (though will take panadol in case of emergency) and hopefully school on Thursday. :) I missed everyone today! *hugz all IQS's and Loggods and random people that rena missed*

Hope I'm still feeling good - I have to work three shifts on the weekend, plus Peri's party! VV()()7!

[Current Mood | cheerful]

Well, I stayed up last night watching Armaggedon, and then went to bed late. My shift this morning was starting at 8:45. I woke up at 8:35. I totally freaked out. I was there on time, but my hair was gross, I had no makeup on, and I didnt have time to eat breakfast. Argh. Talk about a crappy start to the day.

The party began, and the owners of MacDonalds decided to come in for the day to check that everything is going well. That made everyone super nervous, so people were really uptight and the managers were yelling at people for doing the slightest thing wrong. It was rather nerve-racking. But Fiona and I were pretty safe, locked away in the party room. Until they decided to come and sit outside the party room! Gah! That wasnt cool.

But the party was lots of fun, the kids were great and the parents were really helpful. And we made one meal too many, so I got to take it home and eat it! Yay! So I did get breakfast after all. Life is good. :D

I've got to go to work again at 2:30, and then I'm going to Lara's party! Can't wait!

I got into Hawker! Yay for me! I got the acceptance letter today after stressing out about it for ages. And so did pretty much everyone who wanted to - including Mousie which is good. Everyone wave to Mousie and pray that she gets better soon becuase we all miss her so incredibly much!

Went to the mall with Cameron and Erika. Remind me never to do that again. Hugh met us at Gloria Jeans, and then we went to Goodberries to hang for a while. I'm never going anywhere with those two again. Hugh was lovely and sweet, but those two were embarrassing! Gah! And then Aidan and Mark came along which made it much better. :) They're not quite so public.

Erika was being very wierd today - on the bus we were talking about Jim and she said, 'He has been avoiding me like the plaaaaaaaaahhhhhgue.' I was like, 'wtf?!' it was so random but hilarious for some reason. It cracked me up for ages. Now we're having another Grabble tournament with me, mum and Alexander. its really fun! It is a version of scrabble, but better. Ciao!

[Current Music |My Happy Ending - Avril Lavigne]

MuST was great yesterday - none of the Telopeans showed up and most of the other schools were having assessments, so there was like seven people in class. Katherine and Tamryn didn't bother coming either, so I got to sing all the soprano parts in Vocal Group, and that was awesome fun. Nathan came in while I was playing around on the piano and we jammed together for a bit which was great fun too! :D

Peter was in a funny mood, we were talking about tonal sequences or soemthing - I wasnt really paying attention. I was trying to talk to Conan who was in a sad mood. :( But I had a great chat to Katherine Morrell, I hardly ever see her, so that was nice.

Today was rather good too - the weather has been kinda nice lately. But my mother is taking Alexander to the doctor - she thinks he might have glandular fever becuase he's super tired and moody lately and he's had three colds in a row that have lasted much longer than usual. :S Not good.

By the way - well - I think most people know now. But for those who don't - I have a new boyfriend. :) He's gorgeous, sweet and an absolute darling.

[Current Music |Anything But Ordinary - Avril Lavigne]

Haha! A water pipe burst in the photography room on the second floor at school which flooded the first and second floors and the staircases, which means we couldn't have school today! The morning was absolutely freezing, and no one was allowed inside, so we all went and stood in the tiny patch of sunlight by the Hall. But after an assembly, we were told school was going to be cancelled, so everyone got to ring their parents and ask to go home. Seeing hundreds of kids on mobiles when they're usually banned at school was fantastic! hehehe.

Our friends went to Mark's house, where we played around on his bed and in his huge, beautiful bedroom and watched dvds on his gigantic flat screen tv. That was a lot of fun! Then Erika, Hugh and I walked back to the mall and I went to piano after running into Katalina Parish on the bus which was funny becuase i almost didnt recognise her!

And I had a really bad day of classes today as well, which makes it even better! I was supposed to have a double maths, science and french, all classes I'm not particularly fond of, and since we didnt have school today, I don't have to go to science or maths til wednesday and I think we have an assembly tomorrow as well which means no french! Ha! Brilliant! :)

Got my shifts for work as well - I have two parties this Saturday! :) Looking forward to it muchly!
